EURACT-NMR - 2nd call for proposals issued

EURACT-NMR is a coordination and support action of Euratom Framework 7 to provide access to European nuclear licensed facilities that have recently invested in advanced nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers.

Nuclear magnetic resonance can provide unique atomic scale structural information in liquids and crystalline and amorphous solids.  High resolution instruments operating at KIT-INE (liquids) and JRC-ITU (solids) offer the opportunity to apply this technique to actinide containing materials through the FP7 trans-national access programme EURACT-NMR (www.euract-nmr.eu).  The deadline for the second call has been set to the 8th February.  Please see call for proposals attached or at http://www.euract-nmr.eu/calls/cp.

ACTINET Integrated Infrastructure Initiative

The objective of the present FP7-Integrated Infrastructure Initiative (I3) ACTINET-I3 is to reinforce the networking of existing European infrastructures in actinide sciences, and to facilitate their efficient use by the European scientific community in order to keep a leading po-sition in the field of nuclear energy.
